Version 1.1 - A Grappling Ghost

Major Features:

• Added ghost data to time trials - race against your best time!

Minor Changes:

• Racing without a controller now uses the mouse for aiming and WASD for steering
• WASD can now be used to navigate in the main menu
• Replaced some of the text in the game with a thematic bitmap font
• Added experimental fullscreen mode - press F11 to toggle on/off
